The Real Estate Expo Las Vegas will be held on April 8th & 9th at the Cashman Center. This expo will bring together local home builders and real estate professionals to show off “all things real estate under one roof”. This two-day event is “not your typical expo with miles of aisles of booths, and it’s not a home show. We’re presenting a fully immersive experience that offers information for anyone interested in buying a home and for anyone interested in just about any aspect of Southern Nevada’s world of real estate,” says Expo Unlimited coordinator Michael Sweeney.
It is planned to benefit everyone, whether an industry professional, investor, buyer, or those who just want to learn more about real estate. The event will take the attendees on a mini tour of the valley. When entering, they will walk into an area that was made to represent Interstate 15 and the Welcome to Las Vegas sign that everyone knows about.
“Booths will wrap around the 50,000 square feet of floor space laid out in a geographically accurate map of the Las Vegas Valley,” Adam Courrier, spokesman for the Expo Unlimited, said. “Attendees can visit booths representing all the valley’s major developments, from Downtown Las Vegas to master-planned communities from Summerlin to Green Valley in Henderson.” This event is free to the public.
The “Las Vegas Housing Outlook” presentation will be the kick-off presentation on April 8th, which will share information about the local housing market and give 2016 projections. The Expo will be open from 10-7 on April 8th and 10-7 on April 9th and is expected to attract thousands of prospective home buyers. More than 60 exhibitors will be featured, as well as 30 sessions discussing different facets of the real estate market.
Whether you are a realtor, broker, builder, home buyer, or just someone who loves real estate, you want to attend the Real Estate Expo. From the exhibits to the informational sessions, being able to interact with consumers and visitors is sure to help grown your knowledge and business.
